BEFORE turning the integration on you need to be sure to tie out your Accounts Receivable in ST to QBO. And clear out your Undeposited Funds.

Once you've got your QBO and ST numbers matching up you need to get your Chart of Accounts to match exactly.
After that, you'll need to map your Business Units in ST to your Classes in QBO.
Once the above steps are complete, go to this ServiceTitan Tutorial to turn on the Automated, Touchless integration.
